Biraj currently serves InergyX's clients in meeting their energy and sustainability goals through consulting in energy management, green construction and ESG strategies. Biraj helps client in building energy systems, drone-based inspections, modeling, IAQ solutions, and sustainable design practices with focus on energy efficiency, thermal comfort, occupant health and environment.

Through his great leadership skills and technical expertise, he continuously help clients with sustainable design solutions, construction phase co-ordinations and innovative inspection & testing strategies.

Through her great people skills, Callynth has supported InergyX's advertising efforts and helped build successful relationships with wide array of clients, from architects to home-owners. She has a great heart for people, is a founder of "Tyler Street Team", an organization that aims to help people who are experiencing homelessness.

WILLIAM D. BALA
Senior Civil/Structural Engineer
William brings over four decades of industry experience in construction, heavy industry and petrochemical engineering. He is InergyX's principal civil/structural engineer and provides consulting in building design, subdivision development, engineering reviews, code compliances, construction management, permitting and safety practices. He was an appointed official for Smith County Road & Bridge department in 2005, have reviewed multiple subdivisions, managed flood plain administration and supervised various engineering & reconstruction projects in the County.

She has collected 7 years of Customer Service/Administrative Experience. She uniquely brings her skills from her past experience as a counselor for Mentoring Alliance and a substitute Teacher for Tyler ISD.​
