We are RESNET certified HERS rater and IECC Certified Residential Energy Inspector/Plans Examiner. With the arsenal of tools and expertise of our team members, we provide building performance consulting specific to your climate needs, building materials, thermal comfort and IAQ goals.

ENERGY STAR FOR SINGLE FAMILY AND MULTI FAMILY BUILDINGS
We are certified from Energy Star to provide certification consulting for single family and multi-family buildings. We also work in close collaboration with a Energy Star Certified Mechanical Contractor which aids in a seamless co-ordination from design to construction per Energy Star requirements.

GREEN BUILDING CONSULTING, RENEWABLE ENERGY DESIGN AND INTEGRATION
We provide consulting in green building certifications for residential buildings. We can also assist in the design and integration of renewable energy technologies like solar based hot water, geothermal systems for cooling and heating, rain-water harvesting, etc.

DRONE + BLOWER DOOR INSPECTION AND DUCT LEAKAGE TESTING
Drone + Blower Door is a unique service that we have developed in-house to identify potential building envelope issues with a magnified view. Our method is based on infrared thermography at various building pressurization levels. Duct leakage testing is also a part of our code compliance testing.

AUSTIN ENERGY ECAD ORDINANCE
The Energy Conservation Audit and Disclosure (ECAD) Ordinance requires energy audits and disclosures for all homes and buildings which are served by Austin Energy and located within Austin city limits. We are one of the qualified energy auditors for this program.
